FOR INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES ORGANIZING IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS

A complex document list can become a clear, manageable plan.

Immigration applications can involve program-specific forms, supporting documents, signatures and time-sensitive requests. Simplide provides non-legal administrative organization using the official checklist or instructions you already have.

We explain our administrative role clearly and will never present organization as immigration legal advice.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Real pressure often starts with small unfinished tasks.

You are not expected to have everything organized before asking for help.

01

Files are spread across people and devices

Documents for family members live in email, phones and folders with inconsistent names and versions.

02

It is hard to see what is missing

A long official checklist becomes difficult to track as documents arrive at different times.

03

Scans and versions create uncertainty

Pages may be incomplete, unreadable, duplicated or difficult to connect with the right checklist item.

04

Official requests feel overwhelming

New instructions or requested documents create another set of dates, files and administrative tasks to coordinate.

A SHARED PROCESS

What we will need from you.

Good support works best when information and approvals arrive through the agreed process.

  • Select the immigration program yourself or with an authorized representative.
  • Provide the current official checklist, instructions and documents.
  • Confirm all form answers, translations, submissions and official deadlines.
  • Obtain legal advice and legal-sufficiency review from an authorized representative when needed.

Clear boundary: Simplide provides administrative organization only. We do not assess eligibility, select programs, answer forms for legal effect, interpret immigration law or correspondence, provide legal advice, communicate with IRCC as your representative or make submissions on your behalf.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers before we begin.

Still unsure? Your consultation is a conversation, not a commitment.

Will Simplide choose the right immigration program for me?

No. Program selection, eligibility assessment and immigration strategy are regulated legal services that must come from an authorized immigration representative or lawyer.

Does a checked item mean IRCC will accept the document?

No. It only means a file was received for administrative tracking. Simplide does not decide whether evidence is legally relevant, correct or sufficient.

Can you organize documents requested after submission?

We can organize documents and supplied dates from an official request, but we do not interpret the request, calculate legal deadlines or communicate with IRCC as your representative.
